Having trouble with your entry? See if these answers help you out.
- Where do I sign a waiver?

- At Registrations on the day, sign your waiver form there.

- What if I don't have an ID card
|
- If you are a Waka Ama paddler you can get your club rep to start an online ID card for you.

- Do I need to bring my ID card to the event
|
- No, we need the online one to download the entries
|
- Surf Ski Paddlers - can I do online entries
|
- No - please send a manual form in. Online entries are for the Waka Ama paddlers using their National Database
|
- Payments - online payments what do I do
|
- If you do a cash deposit over the counter - please ensure a reference code is included - just ask them - they can do this at Kiwibank
|

- If you do internet banking - use your team name / person name etc
|
|
- Email us with the reference you have made and which paddlers this applies to.

- Entry Fees - What covers what
|
- . For the Harbour Challenge you pay only once for racing 2 races on the day.
|

- All paddlers will need to come from one club, therefore these paddlers will have to join one club for the event (and be on the online entries database to allow this)
