2010 Tauranga Harbour Challenge returns to its roots and the old course, based from the Tauranga Yacht and Powerboat Club.

• Saturday - Harbour Challenge (16km - W1 / Surfski & W2/ 26km - W6)

The racing will extend along the shores of the Tauranga Harbour which offers numerous vantage points for spectators.

The event is brought to you Tauranga Harbour Challenge Inc. comprising; Hoe Aroha Whanau o Mauao (based at Pilot Bay and Maketu Hoe Waka (based at the shores of Maketu). Tauranga Moana Outrigger Canoe Club is having a rest from organising this event and will hopefully have teams on the water this year.

These three clubs have worked hard together over the years to continue to make this event the best in New Zealand. So we welcome your support for Hoe Aroha Whanau O Mauao and Maketu Hoe Waka in continuing to put on this long standing event.
